We have developed a custom IVR solution that combines our Machine Learning enabled services, with external web services, providing for a highly efficient IVR that can evaluate customer sentiment on the fly, reduce human interaction, and verify customer data to ensure a seamless conversation path and result.
We had a client who was having serious issues with a competitor hammering their phone system with spam calls to disrupt their customer contact rate and increase agent cost and wasted call time. The Spam Killer was developed to filter out fake numbers, eliminate wasted talk time, and ensure customer satisfaction thereby increasing CX and EX across the board. This service can also be used for clients who acquire large volume of DIDs that may have been recently used, and assists with filtering out bad calls.
Our custom built chat solution. We combined AWS services with our own microservices to create a chat solution that can efficiently handle all types of inquiries, and route to the appropriate agent when Bob can no longer handle the conversation. Bob can be deployed to any site, as well as social platform, with limited customization or difficulty.
As a partner of RingCentral, we have developed a series of services that work to improve on the already amazing Engage Voice platform. Real time lead ingest, data flows, agent, campaign, dial group, and scripting capabilities make up some of the public and private services we continue to develop on this service.
Order Fulfillment Service
We have built a complete order fulfillment service, connected into Salesforce and all of the carriers around the world, to provide a solution for ingesting orders, processing them, shipping, tracking, and reporting on all activities in real time.
We have a host of micro services available to all of our clients, vendors, and partners including SendGrid, Twilio, AWS, Salesforce, Zen Desk, Slack, Skype, address verification services, data append services, and data validation and reverse lookup. Our microservices are in a constant state of evolution, so be sure to check our Open API Library for what is currently exposed and for information about upcoming releases.
